1. Scope
These terms apply to the ExPlora4D app for Android and iOS (com.thedworak.explora4d), the 3D viewer at viewer.thedworak.com and the model repository at explora4d.eu (together, “the Service”), provided by Daniel Dworak (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms add to it and do not limit it. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
2. Accounts
You can view models without an account. An account on the repository is needed to upload models. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account and data); see Delete account.
3. Your content and what is not allowed
You keep the rights to the models and descriptions you upload. By uploading a model that is listed for everyone, you allow us to store, convert, show and distribute it within the Service. Make it private if only you should see it in the list.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not upload, describe or share content that:
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
- is violent, threatening, or promotes terrorism, self-harm or dangerous acts;
- is hateful, discriminatory, harassing or defamatory towards people or groups;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, personality or privacy rights of others, or that you are not allowed to share;
- is spam, misleading, malware, or otherwise illegal.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
- Every model in the repository list has a Report or block button. Reports go to our moderators, who review them within 24 hours.
- Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the accounts that uploaded it are disabled.
- A model reported by several people is hidden from others until a moderator has decided.
- You can block a user: their models are no longer shown on your device. You can unblock them under the model list.
- New accounts may need approval by an administrator before they can upload.
5. Plans, purchases and subscriptions
The app is free, with ads. Pro is a one-time purchase. Business is an auto-renewable monthly subscription: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Purchases can be restored with Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
6. AI assistant
The optional AI assistant (Business plan) produces automated suggestions marked as AI-generated. They may be wrong; check them before relying on them.
7. Availability and liability
We provide the Service as it is and may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damage. Keep copies of your models. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms when the Service changes; the date above shows the latest version. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.

Niniejsze warunki dotyczą aplikacji ExPlora4D na Androida i iOS (com.thedworak.explora4d), przeglądarki 3D pod adresem viewer.thedworak.com oraz repozytorium modeli explora4d.eu (łącznie „Usługa”), udostępnianych przez Daniela Dworaka („my”). Kontakt: [email protected].
Jeśli aplikacja pochodzi z App Store firmy Apple, obowiązuje również umowa licencyjna Apple (Licensed Application EULA). Niniejsze warunki ją uzupełniają i jej nie ograniczają. Apple nie odpowiada za Usługę ani jej treści.
2. Konta
Modele można oglądać bez konta. Konto w repozytorium jest potrzebne do przesyłania modeli. Zachowaj hasło w tajemnicy: odpowiadasz za działania wykonane na Twoim koncie. Konto możesz usunąć w każdej chwili w aplikacji (Konto → Usuń konto i dane); zobacz Usunięcie konta.
3. Twoje treści i co jest zabronione
Zachowujesz prawa do przesłanych modeli i opisów. Przesyłając model widoczny dla wszystkich, pozwalasz nam go przechowywać, konwertować, wyświetlać i udostępniać w ramach Usługi. Ustaw go jako prywatny, jeśli tylko Ty masz go widzieć na liście.
Nie tolerujemy niedozwolonych treści ani obraźliwych użytkowników. Nie wolno przesyłać, opisywać ani udostępniać treści, które:
- są pornograficzne lub o charakterze seksualnym, w szczególności w jakikolwiek sposób seksualizują małoletnich;
- zawierają przemoc, groźby albo propagują terroryzm, samookaleczenia lub niebezpieczne zachowania;
- szerzą nienawiść, dyskryminują, nękają lub zniesławiają osoby albo grupy;
- naruszają prawa autorskie, znaki towarowe, dobra osobiste lub prywatność innych albo których nie wolno Ci udostępniać;
- są spamem, wprowadzają w błąd, zawierają złośliwe oprogramowanie lub są w inny sposób niezgodne z prawem.
4. Zgłaszanie, blokowanie i moderacja
- Każdy model na liście repozytorium ma przycisk Zgłoś lub zablokuj. Zgłoszenia trafiają do moderatorów, którzy sprawdzają je w ciągu 24 godzin.
- Treści naruszające warunki są usuwane, a konta, które je przesłały, blokowane.
- Model zgłoszony przez kilka osób jest ukrywany przed innymi do czasu decyzji moderatora.
- Możesz zablokować użytkownika: jego modele przestaną być wyświetlane na Twoim urządzeniu. Odblokujesz go pod listą modeli.
- Nowe konta mogą wymagać zatwierdzenia przez administratora przed przesyłaniem modeli.
5. Plany, zakupy i subskrypcje
Aplikacja jest bezpłatna, z reklamami. Pro to jednorazowy zakup. Business to automatycznie odnawiana subskrypcja miesięczna: płatność jest pobierana z Apple ID lub konta Google po potwierdzeniu zakupu, a subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie w podanej cenie, jeśli nie zostanie anulowana co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu. Zarządzasz nią i anulujesz ją w ustawieniach konta App Store lub Google Play. Usunięcie konta nie anuluje subskrypcji. Zakupy przywrócisz opcją Przywróć zakupy. Zwroty obsługują Apple lub Google według swoich zasad.
6. Asystent AI
Opcjonalny asystent AI (plan Business) tworzy automatyczne podpowiedzi oznaczone jako wygenerowane przez AI. Mogą być błędne — sprawdź je, zanim na nich polegasz.
7. Dostępność i odpowiedzialność
Udostępniamy Usługę w obecnej postaci i możemy zmieniać lub wycofywać funkcje. W zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo nie odpowiadamy za utratę danych ani szkody pośrednie. Przechowuj kopie swoich modeli. Warunki nie ograniczają Twoich praw konsumenta wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.
8. Zmiany i prawo właściwe
Warunki mogą się zmieniać wraz z Usługą; data powyżej wskazuje najnowszą wersję. Prawem właściwym jest prawo polskie, bez uszczerbku dla bezwzględnie obowiązującej ochrony konsumentów w Twoim kraju.
